The Yellow Book / Annual Report
Commissioned by Fine Acts, we designed their 2020 annual report as a bold, colourful publication embodying the essence of “playtivism.” The result is an optimistic yellow-covered book with vibrant layouts and playful embossed typography, showcasing their global creative efforts for social impact.
Fine Acts approached us to create their 2020 annual report with a brief that centred on boldness, vibrancy, and a sense of play. With their concept of “playtivism” as our guiding principle, we designed a book that celebrated their innovative work at the intersection of human rights, art, and creativity. We crafted a layout that balances striking visuals with dynamic typography, allowing each section to stand out while maintaining cohesion. The playful embossed yellow cover symbolises optimism and energy, aligning with Fine Acts' belief that creativity and play can combat burnout and drive meaningful activism. Delivering a publication as lively as their mission, we captured the spirit of global collaboration and impact.
