PUNKT Ltd. is a company registered in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation, with UIC 160072701, with seat and registered address at 29A, Filip Makedonski Str., floor 3, Plovdiv.   • “PUNKT Ltd.”, “Owner”, "The Company", “The Studio”, "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to PUNKT Ltd., a creative studio based in Plovdiv that specialises in branding and visual storytelling.

    • Access to information, resources, visuals, audio recordings and all other data provided on the website through a web browser;

    • Subscriptions for newsletters (if applicable) and/or contact us via email or phone.
  • "Partner/s" is any person or entity with whom the owner is in a contractual relationship or on whose behalf PUNKT Ltd. has the right to provide additional information about its goods/services to users of this website upon their consent. 
  • "Malicious Third-Party Attacks" - actions or omissions of third parties that violate the rules of Internet ethics, including, but not limited to, DoS (Denial of Service - server congestion), server intrusion, deface, theft of data, etc.
