  • “PUNKT Ltd.”, “Owner”, "The Company", “The Studio”, "Ourselves", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to PUNKT Ltd., a creative studio based in Plovdiv that specialises in branding and visual storytelling.

  • “Services/s“ of this website include:
    • Access to information, resources, visuals, audio recordings and all other data provided on the website through a web browser;
    • All functionalities, tools, features, and algorithms offered and described on the site, including but not limited to internal and external applications, integrations, automations, data storage, user accounts, as well as all other online resources of the site.
    • Subscriptions for newsletters (if applicable) and/or contact us via email or phone.
  • "Partner/s" is any person or entity with whom the owner is in a contractual relationship or on whose behalf PUNKT Ltd. has the right to provide additional information about its goods/services to users of this website upon their consent. 
  • "Malicious Third-Party Attacks" - actions or omissions of third parties that violate the rules of Internet ethics, including, but not limited to, DoS (Denial of Service - server congestion), server intrusion, deface, theft of data, etc.
  • "Direct Marketing" - offering goods and services to users by traditional or electronic mail, telephone, or other direct means.

Our partners must contact us before republishing content from the website.
