New Visual Identity with Humour at the Center

The Museum of Humour and Satire in Gabrovo—a one-of-a-kind institution celebrating the intersection of art, heritage, and humour—entrusted us with a complete visual identity redesign. Our goal was to seamlessly blend tradition with playfulness, with deliverables encompassing branding, typography, iconography, and marketing materials.

Working closely with the museum team, we drew inspiration from their motto, “The world lasts because it laughs,” to create a refreshed and dynamic identity. Building on their iconic cat-globe symbol, we developed adaptable logo lock-ups and whimsical pictograms. A bold colour palette of yellow, black, and vibrant accents of orange and green reflects the museum's lively personality, while the NEXA typeface alternatives (by Fontfabric) ensure a modern and approachable look. From merchandise to corporate materials, posters, brochures, and flyers, our designs strike the perfect balance between humour and global artistic appeal.
