Harmonica Organic Foods, Bulgaria’s leading organic food producer, partnered with us to redesign the packaging for their chocolate bars. Our goal was to create fresh, compelling designs that highlight their dedication to bio-certified, clean food and position their chocolates as standout products in the competitive organic market.

Our process began by identifying shortcomings in the existing packaging, including composition issues affecting shelf life and visuals that failed to convey the artisan craftsmanship behind the products. Building on Harmonica’s clean brand identity, we crafted a design system infused with a rich, impressionistic aesthetic that captures the unique character of each chocolate flavour.
For the dark chocolate, we incorporated predominantly black elements to reflect its bold, bitter profile. The balanced flavour of milk chocolate is mirrored in a smoother, harmonious design featuring a blend of red and black. Meanwhile, the delicate nature of white chocolate is conveyed through a soft, minimalist package with an almost all-white design accented by subtle dotted details.
We carefully curated the colour palette—featuring white, black, and red (with yellow introduced in the probiotic variations)—to create a strong shelf presence while staying true to the brand's clean and modern look. This redesign transforms Harmonica’s chocolate bars into a visually striking and engaging experience, appealing to both loyal customers and new audiences alike.
The feedback from customers and store partners is very good – our chocolates are now recognizable enough and have their own distinctive packaging style. The colourful and attractive ‘spots’ bring the feeling of an explosion of tastes and emotions. Our chocolates received good marketing and sales support this year and this has paid off.”
